She has been an accredited Tripod Beta trainer since 2013. She has been involved in 40+ investigations, primarily in high-risk activities such as offshore oil&gas and wind farms. For the Knowledge Assessment there is an option for either DANISH or ENGLISH.
#Tripod beta incident investigation manual
There will be a requirement to read short English (easy-read) texts in the manual as part of the homework. Language – This training is in DANISH, however the training manual and slides are in ENGLISH. Selected slides will be shared with participants, as electronic files, allowing them to print and take personal notes. Training slides will be used in the online sessions. The manual will be supplied to participants as electronic books/files. Training material – The manual “Guidance on using Tripod Beta in the investigation and analysis of incidents, accidents and business losses” (called “the manual”) will be used as basis of the training. The Knowledge Assessment will be on the 6th training day, with individual timings.

#Tripod beta incident investigation how to
During the daily session with the trainer there will be time for interaction and discussion about how to use Tripod Beta ‘at home’ in your organisation. At the end of each day each group sends the homework to the trainer, allowing targetted preparation of the training for the following day. Training strategy – This training is delivered through 5 days of each: 2 hours online presentation by the trainer, followed by 2 hours self-managed homework in groups (no trainer present).
